We were amazed at how easy it was to tow two dinghy's. They just follow side by side.
When Reed and family visited us in 2004, we first traveled for a day trip to James Island and Reed found this stick. I kept it because he would turn this stick into anything, an oar, tiller, walking stick, etc. Then when the kids returned last year, I brought out the stick and we started dating and signing it so we continued this again this year. Reed told Grandpa that one day he would be too big for his stick. That may be true but it puts a smile on my face when I remember how that stick became so many useful items to a 4 year old...
When we arrived at Sucia, there was a boat with many young teenagers jumping into the water. Remember, the temp of the water is around 60-65 degrees at the most inside a harbor. It gave Ella the courage and the want to jump in herself. What fun!! Reed also put is foot into the water for quite a long time. Courage of the youth....
Ella & Reed enjoy the TV show Psych. We decided to head to White Rock, British Columbia where they film some of the scenes. What a fun time & interesting adventure for us & a surprise for the kids.
